Shipping policy

Shipping time:

We need time to prepare your order before shipping, based on the availability status of the product which would be found on the product page: "Ready To Ship": maximum 5 business days

"Made To Order": 5 weeks for production time

When you order, delivery time varies based on the selected service and destination. Regular post ranges from 3 to 12 working days depending on the shipping address and situation.
During the order placement, Canada Post will give you an estimation of the delivery time for each different service.
Delivery prices vary based on destination and will be calculated in the last step of checkout.
Delivery is done by Canada Post or Purolator.
Note that orders are only shipped when payment is confirmed as received.
Days are measured in business days, not including weekends or holidays.
Free Shipping will apply to orders over 150 CAD for Canada and 220 CAD for other countriess by regular shipping service with a tracking number, In case you need Express shipping you need to pay the difference.
In Case the customer provides the wrong mail address, Afra Art Gallery doesn't have any responsibility for a refund.
US Customers: Duties/taxes may apply at delivery and are payable by the recipient, since Aug 29 2025.

AFRA Art Gallery cannot be held responsible for delays due to the courier service's holiday shipping schedule, strike, customs check, or any other reason caused or decided by the courier.

If Tracking Information shows the delivery has been done by courier, we cannot accept any claim about not receiving the item. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a safe and secure delivery site. We do our best to help our customers to find the best solution in that case.

Alaska, Hawaii, Canadian Territories, and other remote regions, including mountainous or rural regions, may take longer to ship. P.O. Boxes and Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses cannot receive guaranteed shipping.
